Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II: Organizational Structure
Article 4 General meeting of all members
The General Assembly is the highest authority for the management of the vocal orchestra, and its functions and powers are:
1. Adopt the management charter of the vocal orchestra;
2. Elect members of the vocal orchestra council;
3. Review the work report and financial report of the vocal orchestra council;
4. It is recommended to decide other major matters.
Article 5 Council
The Council is the governing and supervisory body of the vocal ensemble, with a term of three years.
1. Decide on the appointment, removal and term of office of the head of the regiment and the deputy head of the regiment.
2. Supervise the work of the head of delegation, deputy head of delegation, and committee.
3. Formulate and implement the rules and regulations of the vocal orchestra.
Article 6 Duties of the head of the regiment

Article VII Committee
The vocal orchestra implements the leader responsibility system. The daily work of the vocal orchestra consists of the head of the group and the members under his leadership

Chapter III: Members of the Delegation

Chapter V: Discipline

CHAPTER VI. Modification of the regimental seal

Chapter VII Dissolution of the Orchestra
If the orchestra is dissolved, after payment of debts and fees payable, any assets remaining after the dissolution shall be transferred to WCCA or an institution with similar purposes to the vocal orchestra.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
