滑铁卢歌声飞扬声乐团章程

第一章 总 则
第一条 声乐团名称:滑铁卢歌声飞扬声乐团。
第二条 声乐团性质:非政治,非宗教,非盈利性,群众性业余声乐艺
术团体。
第三条 声乐团宗旨:丰富群众业余文化生活,弘扬高雅声乐艺术,促
进声乐事业发展,提高团员演唱水平;宣扬中华文明,文化,艺术,
为社区建设服务。

第二章 组织机构
第四条 全体团员大会
全体团员大会是声乐团实行管理的最高权力机构,其职权是:

2、选举声乐团理事会成员;
3、审议声乐团理事会的工作报告和财务报告;
4、建议决定其他重大事项。
第五条理事会
理事会是声乐团的管理,监督机构,任期三年。
1.决定团长,副团长的任免和任期。
2.监督团长,副团长,及委员会的工作。
3.制定和执行声乐团章程及各项规章制度。
第六条团长职责
声乐团设团长,副团长各一名。主要职责包括:
1. 执行全体团员大会的决议;
2. 组织领导声乐团的各项工作;
3. 召开全体团员大会;
4. 向全体团员大会报告工作和财务状况;
5.决定委员会主要人选的任免。
6. 聘用指挥、钢琴伴奏;
7. 制定、修改和执行内部管理制度;
8. 确定其他有关重大事项。
第七条委员会
声乐团实行团长负责制。声乐团的日常工作由团长及其领导下的委员
会运行。委员会根据工作需要分为五个部门,它们是:1)音乐委员
会;2)筹款,市场推广和社区外展;3)表演,演出,观众参与以及
技术支持;4)财务管理;5)团员和志愿者管理。

1.音乐委员会

第三章 团员
第九条 入团条件:
具有一定文化修养、音乐基础、歌唱水平,热爱声乐事业,承认并遵
守本团章程的华裔成年和其他族裔能说汉语的朋友。
第十条 团员的权利:
1、团员有选举权、被选举权,以及对声乐团工作批评、建议和监督
权;
2、有权批评和制止团内出现的不良风气和行为;
3、有参加演出和声乐培训的权利;
4、入团自愿、退团自由。
5. 每名会员均有一票表决权。
第十一条 团员的义务:
1、执行声乐团的决议,维护声乐团声誉,完成声乐团交办的各项工作
任务;
2、自觉遵守声乐团章程、管理制度和纪律,服从声乐团的管理及演出
安排;
3、积极参加并认真完成日常排练、演出及其他各类活动任务;
4、积极接受相关培训,努力学习业务知识,提高演唱水平,适应声乐
团的发展需要;
5、已录用的团员要如实填写团员登记表并按时按规定缴纳团费。团费
暂定$120/年。
第四章 制度
第十二条 声乐团实行团长领导下的分工负责制,实行民主集中制管
理。
第十三条 理事会每个季度至少召开一次例会,决策重大事项可随时召
开理事会,必要时可召开全体团员大会。
第十四条 全体团员大会原则上每年召开一次,凡遇有须团员表决而形
成决议时,须有2/3以上的团员出席方能召开,其决议须经到会的半数
以上团员表决通过方能生效。
第十五条 在全体团员大会闭会期间,由声乐团团长及其领导下的委员
会领导开展日常工作,对团员大会负责。
第十六条 财务管理
1、收入主要来源于团员上缴团费、演出收入、以及社会赞助等,争取
政府给予经费支持。
2、声乐团的常规财务支出须经团长批准,重大项目的财务支出必须经
理事会研究决定。
3、声乐团财务须由两人分管资金和帐目,每三个月向理事会、每一年向
团员大会分别报告一次财务收支情况。
第十七条 声乐团的活动
1、声乐团的各项活动主要以业余时间为主,一般情况下,每周组织活
动1次,每次2小时,排练曲目或声乐训练等。如遇重大演出任务等特
殊情况,从实际需要及可行性出发,经团领导或理事会研究,适当增
加排练次数。
2、积极参与声乐界、音乐界组织的各类演出、比赛和社会公益活动。
3、每年组织1至2次艺术观摩或交流活动。
4、根据需要组织声乐或乐理培训班。
第五章 纪律
第十八条 声乐团的声誉和荣誉高于一切,要求每个团员不说有损声乐
团声誉和荣誉的话,不做有损声乐团声誉和荣誉的事。
第十九条 积极创建和谐融洽的内部环境,要求每个团员不说不利于团
结的话,不做不利于团结的事,相互尊重,平等相待,诚实守信。
第二十条 不允许任何人未经同意擅自以声乐团的名义从事各种演出及
其他相关活动。
第二十一条 凡是以声乐团名义从事的演出及声像录制活动,其收入归
声乐团所有,任何个人不能擅自处置。
第二十二条 不允许任何人在声乐团内部从事传销等商业活动。
第二十三条 对违反声乐团章程,不履行团员义务,损害声乐团声誉,
经过提醒、劝告、警告无效者,经理事会表决通过,予以劝退或除
名。

第六章. 团章的修改
(1) 团章可由出席团员大会并投票的成员的三分之二多数修改,前提是已将提议的修改通知提前十四天发送给所有团员。
(2) 未经声乐团理事会事先书面同意,不得对声乐团名称、宗旨、财务和解散进行修改。理事会应向声乐团发送根据本条款作出的任何修改的副本。如果社团规模太小而无法在慈善委员会注册,则仅适用本条第 (1) 款。

第七章 乐团解散
如果乐团解散,在支付债务和应付的费用后,解散后剩余的任何资产应转移给WCCA或与声乐团具有相似宗旨的机构。

第八章 附则
第二十四条 本章程为滑铁卢歌声飞扬声乐团全体团员行为的基本准
则,其他各部门管理细则依次为依据制定。
第二十五条 本章程自公布之日起执行。
第二十六条 本章程由滑铁卢歌声飞扬声乐团理事会负责解释。

Chapter II: Organizational Structure
Article 4 General meeting of all members
The General Assembly is the highest authority for the management of the vocal orchestra, and its functions and powers are:
1. Adopt the management charter of the vocal orchestra;
2. Elect members of the vocal orchestra council;
3. Review the work report and financial report of the vocal orchestra council;
4. It is recommended to decide other major matters.
Article 5 Council
The Council is the governing and supervisory body of the vocal ensemble, with a term of three years.
1. Decide on the appointment, removal and term of office of the head of the regiment and the deputy head of the regiment.

3. Formulate and implement the rules and regulations of the vocal orchestra.
Article 6 Duties of the head of the regiment

Article VII Committee
The vocal orchestra implements the leader responsibility system. The daily work of the vocal orchestra consists of the head of the group and the members under his leadership

Chapter V: Discipline

(1) The Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority of the members present at the General Meeting and voting, provided that notice of the proposed amendment has been sent to all Members fourteen days in advance.
(2) The name, purpose, finances and dissolution of the vocal orchestra shall not be amended without the prior written consent of the Vocal Orchestra Council. The Council shall send a copy of any modifications made in accordance with these Terms to the Vocal Orchestra. If the association is too small to register with the Charity Commission, only paragraph (1) of this section applies.

Chapter VII Dissolution of the Orchestra
If the orchestra is dissolved, after payment of debts and fees payable, any assets remaining after the dissolution shall be transferred to WCCA or an institution with similar purposes to the vocal orchestra.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 24 This charter is the basic standard for the behavior of all members of the Waterloo Singing Flying Vocal Orchestra

Article 25 These Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
Article 26 The Waterloo Singing Sound Orchestra Council shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Constitutions.

Waterloo Sings Fly Vocal Ensemble Members and Volunteers Disclaimer
Please read it carefully! This is a legal document that affects your legal rights!
This disclaimer and disclaimer ("Disclaimer") is dated ____________ I hereby release the Waterloo Singing Flying Vocal Orchestra from legal liability. The release includes every director, leader, deputy leader, member, volunteer and agent of the Waterloo Singing Vocal Orchestra.

I, the member or volunteer or agent of the aforementioned vocal ensemble, hereby agree to participate in all activities of the Waterloo Singing Sound Orchestra non-profit organization. I am myself responsible for my coverage for personal injury or illness resulting from my participation in vocal orchestra nonprofits.

1. Waiver and Release: I waive and forever release the Waterloo Singing Sound Orchestra Nonprofit Organization and its directors, directors, directors, deputy directors, members, volunteers and agents of any kind or nature, whether at law or in property. I understand and acknowledge that this disclaimer releases the Waterloo Singing Fly Vocal Orchestra nonprofit organization from any liability or claim against the vocal ensemble for bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from participation in the vocal ensemble's activities or the volunteers' volunteer service.

2. Insurance: I confirm that I have medical insurance and I will be responsible for my medical expenses in the event of an injury. In addition, I understand and agree that the Waterloo Singing Sounds Orchestra assumes no responsibility or obligation for providing financial or other assistance to members, volunteers and agents, including, without limitation, medical, health or disability benefits or insurance of any nature at the time of my injury, illness, death or property damage.

3. Risk-taking: I understand that my participation in team activities may include activities that are physically and mentally healthy for me, including but not limited to rehearsals, performances. I hereby expressly assume the risk of injury or injury caused to me by these activities and release the vocal orchestra from all liability for injury, illness, death or property damage caused by my participation as a member of the group and volunteer in the activities.

4. Photo Authorization: I grant all right, title and interest in and to all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of the Waterloo Singing Flying Vocal Orchestra nonprofit nonprofit in connection with the volunteer participating in the nonprofit or his or her likeness or voice, including, without limitation, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.

5. Medical: I hereby declare and forever release the Waterloo Singing Sound Orchestra from any claim arising out of or in the future of my receipt of emergency related to any emergency treatment or other medical services.

6. Miscellaneous: I expressly agree that the scope and inclusiveness of this disclaimer are permitted by law, and that this disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with law. I agree that if any provision of this Disclaimer is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Disclaimer shall not be affected.

By signing below, I, as named above, confirm my understanding and intention to sign this disclaimer, knowingly and voluntarily dispensing with liability.
