WCCA 高教学者委员会由滑铁卢地区两所大学的华人教授们组成。其宗旨是服务滑铁卢华人社区，传授知识和分享信息。

The Higher Education Scholars Council (HESC) of the WCCA is aimed at serving the Chinese Canadian community in the Waterloo Region through educational knowledge and information sharing activities. Specifically, the HESC offers lectures, seminars, Q&A sessions, and group consultations to help potential and current college students in college and major selection, program completion, campus life enrichment, postgraduate degree pursuit, and career planning. In addition, the HESC will collaborate with other WCAA affiliated groups in organizing relevant events and activities.
