[Sports-committee] updates on WCCA badminton club 2012-2013 season

Morning Dayan,

This is very well done and very clear.  Thanks Dayan and your team.

I have included WCCA sports committee in this email.  Hui is going to
collect money from EACH clubs and give to Xiaoting.  I hope we will
have a clear bookkeeping sheet by the end of each rental year (Hui and
James).  It will help us to make decision for future fee structure and
tournament planning etc.
