[Sports-committee] 2012-2013 School Board Gym Rental

Many thanks, Zhouqi, for submitting the renewal request. Hope we will get
the four adult badminton sessions and two youth sessions for next season.
The pre-registration for 2012-2013 badminton sessions among our current
badminton club members is almost full. We may send out our pre-registration
call to all other WCCA members if there are still some spots available. Have
you sent out the badminton tournament announcement and registration form to
WCCA email list? Also, have the medals (in total nine, three for men double,
three for women double and three for mixed double) been ordered?

Hi All,

I have submitted School Board gym renewal request yesterday. I also called
the School Board and they mentioned we may get response during this August.

If you need new gym, please let me know as earlier as possible so that I can
submit application.
