Hi Rebecca,

 

Many thanks for showing us the gym and trying to figure out some logistic
issues yesterday. I appreciate your help very much.

 

We plan to rent the gym from next Wednesday till June 20th. The following
are the dates that we wish to rent for now, and the gym rental can be
extended throughout the whole summer months, it will be decided in about two
weeks.

 

Mondays: May 28th, June 4th, June 11th, June 18th 

Wednesday: May 23rd, May 30th, June 6th, June 13th, June 20th 

 

In total it will be 9 nights, as $50 per night, the rental cost is going to
be $450 for the above period. 

 

I will make the arrangement for the payment, either by cash or by cheque.
For cheque payment, whom should we make it payable to?

 

We will get to your location between 7:15-7:30 pm and we will finish by 9:30
pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
