[Sports-committee] reserving May 22 for visiting volleyball players.

Hi Committee,

I would like to reserve the gym time of Tuesday May 22 to host games for visiting players from Guelph. It will be done in a similar fashion as last year. I want to assemble a team of 6 to 8 players from Waterloo for the night. The rest of the players can come and cheer for us. Wednesday's gym will resume as normal. Please let me know if you have any comment on this before I announce the cancellation and send out invitation to assemble the host team.
