Thanks for your email. Yes, please order some medals (like the ones in last years), but we need 9 medals this year because we add mix doubles this year. We probably don't need to prepare prizes unless someone strongly believe we should. 
 
Jenny, have you confirmed the price? Hope the 540 to 450 reduction is the discount they offer, not just a typo. :-)

Hi Dayan,
Just curious, 9 hours * $60 = $450 + tax ($508.5)? Do we have discount on the rental?
Well, I think even $540 + tax ($610.2) should be fine with the surplus form the badminton club and the registration fee from the tournament.
Do we need trophy or medals like last year? Let me know so that I can order it earlier.
