Hi Jenny, Kevin,

I think this would be fine. I am copying this email to Zhouqi and Su  
Liming. Please feel free to let us know if anyone has concerns.  
Otherwise, pleas go ahead to book the courts for June 23rd, 9 am to 6  
pm. We should have enough time/courts to accommodate men/women/mix  
double matches.

Also, please talk to our club members during today and tomorrow's  
sessions and encourage them to register this touranment. It is for fun  
more than for competing.

Thank you. I will be back to Waterloo this Saturday.
