[Sports-committee] Youth volleybal class - update - refund

Hi all,
 
I am handling the refund of students who paid in March 2012 for youth v-ball classes.  Please email me or call me if you want your $20 back.  Please come to gym next Thursday (May 10) at 6:30PM, and I'll meet you at the front entrance.
 
For now, two parents are supervising the gym.  And we hope it will run to the end of this school year.

Dear students and parents,
 
In the recent classes I have seen students not showing up without any given reasons. I only had 3 students last Thursday and 6 students  each class for two or three weeks prior to that. It is the basic requirement and mutual respect for any class that students or students’ mentors/parents to give a notice in advance if the students cannot attend. 
 
Therefore the volleyball class has been suspended starting this Thursday and I have handed the control back to WCCA’s sports committee. The committee will meet and consult the parents/students to decide what to do next, in terms of continuation, refund, cancellation of the class, or re-assignment of the gym use. 
 
I have tremendous good time teaching my students. They had been showing interests and enthusiasm in the class. Keep the volleyball spirit high, it will benefit for the rest of your lives!
