We need set up a refund policy. If the student voluntarily skips classes, it is not our responsibility to refund. No one has come forward with any explanation since I sent out the notice. I really don't know if it was my attitude or that of the parents' :-)

Shawn,

Would you please check with Wang, LongJi and find out if he'd be the
parent volunteer for seven times/week?  Or should you send an email
out to all the parents and find out if there is anyone who'd like to
take the ownership?  We have to settle this with a solution.

Also, I guess I'll be the person to reimburse the fund to the three
kids who have paid for training classes.  Please give me the name
list.
