Peiyi,

On Dec. 2nd, 2011, I transfered $4990 to you (including cash and
cheques). As of today, the total fees that I collected from WCCA
badminton club is $5485, this amount include $4165 from adult players,
$900 from kids players and $420 for WCCA membership fees. Please note
that the $180 refunded to kids is not included in the above numbers.

For the final fees transaction (hopefully on April 27th), I will pass
you $5485-$4990=$495 to you. (including $395 in cash and $100 in
cheques).

As for the fees from kids, you need to return me
$900-$180-$35-$35=$650. The badminton club has decided to keep the
money as a club fund for operational costs such as paying $90 to Grace
Xu and cover the cost for inviting more professional coaches to teach
our adult/youth players.

Please bring in $650 cash to me on April 27th and I will pass the
remaining fees to you at the same time. We then finish the whole
transaction for the badminton club for the 2011-2012 season.

To summarize, the total revenue of WCCA badminton club (from adults
only) is $4165 and the expenses so far are $3420. The balance is $745.
